Experts at the Historical Royal Palaces have found the ‘Mona Lisa of fashion’: fabric used in a skirt once worn by Queen Elizabeth I. As the only known surviving piece of her clothing, A____________, and researchers took more than a year to determine its royal provenance. The evidence is persuasive.
