Imagine that you are doing a project on what pets people usually keep in Zetland. You have found some data the results of the opinion polls (see the pie chart below)- make an opening statement on the subject of the project;- select and report 2-3 facts;- make 1-2 comparisons where relevant and give your comments;- outline a problem that can arise with keeping pets and suggest a way of solving it;- conclude by giving and explaining your opinion on the role of pets in people's life.
Nowadays a big number of people have pets. As part of my project on what pets people usually keep in Zetland, I have found a pie chart containing some relevant results of the opinion polls that I am going to comment on.
According to the data, the majority of the respondents choose «Dogs» (35%) while answering the question «What pets do people usually keep in Zetland?». It can also be seen that the least favoured option is «Exotic animals» chosen by 8% of the surveyed.
Looking more closely at the pie chart, one can note that «Hamsters» appears to be less widespread than «Fish» as the difference between these two options is 3 percentage points. This fact is explicable because it is easier to care about fish.
